# How do I fix: “Wallet cannot be added since it’s associated with another user”

You may have logged in with that wallet previously and created a Subber account already; you simply need to delete that account.

1. Log in with the wallet you're trying to add
2. Go to Edit Profile, scroll down, and click Delete Account
3. Then go back to the account where you want to add the wallet, and it should work.
