How do I fix Discord Bot issues?

Try these steps or sometimes uninstalling/reinstalling the Discord Bot does the trick!

  • Can't install the Discord Bot? Please verify that the Discord server URL is correct, format should be discord.gg/123 (not invite link)

  • Can't assign Discord role? Please make sure the Subber Bot has manage role permissions and is sorted above the role that you want it to assign in your server's Role settings.

  • Can't post giveaways to your channel? Please make sure Subber Bot has the permissions in the screenshots below in all the channels you want it to post on your server. And make sure you set the channels for giveaways and winners in your Subber settings: Dashboard > Discord Bot.
