How do I troubleshoot Cloudflare issues?

We use Cloudflare's advance security and bot protection to deter bad actors from gaining an unfair advantage over the community.

Cloudflare can sometimes get over zealous and block friendly traffic as well. We're here to help.

Before opening a ticket:

  • Check to see if you have any adblockers or extensions that would interfere with JavaScript on your browser

  • Clear your browser (local cache and cookies) and try to login again by visiting https://www.subber.xyz

  • Are you able to visit certain pages and having issues with other pages? Try hitting the homepage at https://www.subber.xyz and at least one giveaway page

  • If you are seeing an infinite spinner when you click a button, try reloading the page in your browsser

  • Check to see if you can access it on another device (preferably a desktop since it's easier to debug). Also check if it's your network, try using a VPN.

If you still are having problems, please open a ticket with the following information:

  • Screenshot of the browser (with URL showing) of the page you are having issues with

  • Open your network tab (if on desktop) and take a screenshot of the network traffic (be sure to check Preserve log)

  • Filter by doc

  • Filter by Fetch/XHR requests

  • And then a screenshot of any failed requests

  • Visit https://www.subber.xyz/cdn-cgi/trace and copy/paste that into the ticket
